Q: How can I upgrade to the most recent version of my CA product?
A: You can go to the CA website and download the trial of the most recent product.

Q: Is there government, educational, healthcare, non-profit CA pricing?
A: Yes

Q: What is the difference between CA Enterprise and Value maintenance?
A: Enterprise is 24/365 tech support and Value is 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday thru Friday tech support.

Q: Does XOsoft support a Virtual IP shared between the master and replica so in the event of a failover, no IP address change is needed?
A: Yes it does.

Q: I have been told that XOsoft doesn't work within the same LAN, but only between different LANs.  Is there any truth to that?
A: No, that is not true.  XOsoft will work all within the same LAN across networks. 

Q: Does XOsoft work with Informix DBM?
A: XOsoft will work with Informix.  XOsoft does not have a specific Informix agent but it will work the same as backing up any type of file server.
