Hardware

• 1GB RAM, 2GB RAM recommended (5MB of RAM per mailbox)
• 2GB of free disk space

Windows Operating System

• Microsoft Windows 2000 server with SP4 or above
• Microsoft Windows 2003 server SP1 or above
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit or 64-bit)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

Microsoft Exchange Platforms

• Exchange 2003 Server SP2
• Exchange 2007 Server
• Exchange 2010 Server
• Exchange 2010 SP1 Server

Additional Requirements

• Microsoft IIS 6.0 or above
• JVM version J2RE 1.4.1_02
• Any Java enabled web browser that supports frames, such as Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
• Firefox 3.0 or above
• Use of Email Reputation Service (included) requires deployment of a Microsoft Exchange Edge role; enterprises that have already deployed a Trend Micro messaging gateway security solution, would not need ERS with ScanMail
